I should suggest you to take some of the good qualities from a famous character in fiction work ever in a fantasy much related with magic, that is Harry Potter, that is to keep having love for magic but also to have the strongest courage to keep your both eyes open to see, feel and realize the true fact of life that in reality are Fear, Anger and Overconfidence are the Deathly Hallows and u need to motivate yourself at every troublesome moment of your life, not by any Spell but by being positive, real and natural to such problems. Even I am not following this thing that much perfectly in my life but I am trying my best to possess these qualities as unchangeable habits in my attitude that last forever because these will bring the Real Magic that one should ever get in his or her life.
It might not be pleasant or easy when things go wrong, but there are better ways to make it through .
Here are a few reminders to help motivate you when you need it most:-
- Stick to the present. Rather than worrying about the future or dwelling on the past, focus on what is actually happening now and what is actually in your power to do now.
- Focus on realistic expectations for yourself and the situation.
- Differentiate what you can and what you cannot change.
- Take one step, then another. Even if they're just baby steps, keep moving.
- Keep a positive attitude by remaining focused on solutions, skills, and strengths.
- Give yourself a minute to regroup. Assess damages, sort out what can and cannot be done, or just get out of the middle of the situation.
- Find a creative outlet.
- Worrying and complaining changes nothing: Those who complain the most, accomplish the least. It’s always better to attempt to do something great and fail than to attempt to do nothing and succeed. It’s not over if you’ve lost; it’s over when you do nothing but complain about it. If you believe in something, keep trying. Spending today complaining about yesterday won’t make tomorrow any brighter. Take action instead. Let what you’ve learned improve how you live. Make a change and never look back.
And regardless of what happens in the long run, remember that true happiness begins to arrive only when you stop complaining about your problems and you start being grateful for all the problems you don’t have.
Things you should not do :
- Panic or get too far ahead of yourself.
- Go immediately to blame and criticism.
- Self-destruct or numb yourself.
- Focus on what should have been instead of what is.
- Try to control what is out of your control.
- Remind yourself of every other terrible thing that has ever happened to you.
I hope this will help you !
Thank You ...
